Which sensor do I need?

Parameters
Surfactants reduce the surface tension of water. They are found, for example, in detergents and soaps. TARAbase sensors must not be used with surfactants in the measurement water.
The absence of chlorine for more than 1 day or sustained chlorine concentrations below 0.1 ppm, lead to biofilm growth in the measured water. In such applications, a sensor should be used that provides reliable measurements even in the absence of disinfectants.
In swimming pool chemistry, cyanuric acid is known as a “chlorine stabilizer.” Only specialized sensors are capable of providing reliable readings in the presence of cyanuric acid.
Wastewater is contaminated water from households, industry and agriculture that contains pollutants.
In membrane-free chlorine electrolysis, hydrogen is produced in the process water. This can cause problems with certain types of sensors.
