General Data Regulation (GDPR) for the Europeen Union EU May 2018 This Privacy Policy informs you about the kind, extent and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereafter shortly referred to as “data”) within the scope of our online offer and the websites, functions and contents associated with it.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.

The use of our website is generally possible without the indication of personal data. User rights: Information, rectification and erasure
Upon request, you as the user will receive free information about which of your personal data have been stored. Unless your request collides with a statutory obligation of data retention (e.g. data preservation), you have the right to request the rectification of incorrect data and the blocking or erasure of your personal data.

Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing transactions are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke the consent given at any time. To do so, an informal email sent us will suffice. Your revocation will not affect the lawfulness of our processing your data prior to your revocation. When the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

Collection, processing and use of website usage data The website is hosted on the servers of the provider 1und1 You can find information about the storage of usage data on the provider’s website in the data protection section. We store these data for reasons of technical safety, including but not limited to the warding off of attempts to attack our web server, and also for the detection of suspected misuse and to clarify whether the suspected use is liable to criminal prosecution.

Analysis and cookies
We do not use any analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google AdWords, conversion tracking, Google reCAPTCHA or YouTube.

Server log files, the provider of the web pages, automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files which your browser transmits automatically. This information includes:

* Browser type and browser version
* Operating system used on your computer
* Referrer URL
* Host name of the accessing computer
* Time of access to the server
* IP address

We do not merge these data with data from other sources.

The legal basis of data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b of the GDPR which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering a contract.

Contact request
When you send us a request via this website, the information you provided in your email including the contact details you entered there will be stored to enable us to process your request and in case you have any further questions later on. We will not transfer these data to third parties without your consent.

The data you entered in your email request are therefore exclusively processed based on your consent (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a of the GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. To do so, an informal email sent to us will suffice. Your revocation will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your data prior to your revocation.

We will store the data you entered in your email request in our system until you ask us to erase them, revoke your consent to storage or until the purpose of the storage of your data ceases to exist (e.g. when the processing of your request has been completed). Legal provisions we are obliged to comply with – including but not limited to retention periods – will remain unaffected.
